The Partner Success Portal houses program details, reporting, and metrics starting Oct 1, 2022. If you’re looking for reports from prior to that date, please make your way to your Campaigns Overview page - and on the bottom of the page you’ll find a link to “Archived Reports” if you have any available.
If you think a program is missing from your Campaign list, please contact your Partner Engagement Owner (PEO) and they can help track down the information for you. If you don't know who your PEO is, go to your organization's main page within the portal, and you'll see all contact details on the bottom left of the page.
Does something look incorrect to you? Please alert us using the form here.
Click the button labeled "Data Glossary" on the right side of your screen on pages where metrics are shown.
There may be some differences in the Google Analytics data in our new Portal as compared to the previous one due to changes in how we track partner webpages as well as Google Analytics' transition from Universal Analytics to GA4.
Previously, URLs for your organization were manually entered. We are now using a more streamlined process to capture pages that are most important to you. If you feel you are missing a page or the numbers don't look correct, please reach out to your Partner Engagement Owner, Miles Engagement Rep, or your Advertising Account Manager.
You can learn more about the differences in Google Analytics metrics here.
Program/Campaign statuses, markets, and materials due dates are updated every weekday.
Google Analytics for VisitTheUSA.com pages are refreshed daily.
Reporting by program is posted as it becomes available, and you will receive a notification when reports are ready.
If you have questions about your LOA, please contact your Partner Engagement Owner.
At this time, the Partner Success Portal only houses data from our collaborative marketing programs. In the future, data from other activities with Brand USA may be available in the portal as well.
